From our very first meeting, we will co-create a personalized plan with clear, measurable goals. Each session is a step forward, designed to help you reach a point where you feel more free, balanced, and in tune with your inner strength.
We begin by working closely with you to outline your specific goals. In our first session, we co-create a “wish list” of outcomes that are important to you. Each subsequent session is carefully structured to address these goals—ensuring that you experience progress at a pace that feels right. You’ll notice the shifts: negative self-beliefs will gradually give way to a more positive, affirming view of yourself. Many clients begin to experience deep, transformative changes within just a few sessions.
New clients are invited to complete some simple intake paperwork before our first meeting. This allows us to spend more time focusing on your healing during our sessions. Once you’re matched for your initial session, you will receive the necessary forms to fill out at your convenience.
Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours and is typically scheduled on a regular basis until you feel that you’ve made the progress you need. Your journey toward empowerment is uniquely yours, and together, we will work toward achieving the outcomes you’ve envisioned.
